Manpower Planning&Recruitment Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide data driven strategic and tactical workforce planning services and forecasts for the whole Company. Advise on workforce organizational changes, ensuring all information related to people, roles, departments and groups is accurate and updated.

Is responsible for the recruitment function in the company in order to meet the strategic business objectives. Plays a strategic role into planning, developing and directing the Recruitment Section to attract competent employees (Nationals and Expatriates) in a cost effective manner in accordance to labor laws, policies and procedures.

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Administration / Human Resources or related field.
  • Specialized certificate in HR/Recruitment is an asset and preferred.

 

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2 Years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Developing Section & Recruitment Strategies
  • Develop Workforce & Recruitment Planning process.
  • Analytical Study and Complete Recruitment process.
  • Updates on SAP, Manpower Forms and Reports.
  • Determine Vacancies and Recruitment Automation as per departmental organization structure.
  • Planning of Financials, Budget & Cost Control.
  • Updating Policies and Procedures
  • Managing Manpower Request and Documentation.
  • Continous improvement.
