Lead Compliance&Cont. Improv. Operations

Job Purpose:

Drive and facilitate the compliance and continuous improvement processes and activities of Operations throughout the organization by developing and implementing improvement strategies, defining and analysing problems and developing and implementing improvement solutions using appropriate methodologies as well as through collaborations and coordination with all parties to improve the processes, services and product and compliance practices.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering.
• Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.
• Certified auditor preferable 

Minimum Experience:

• 15+ years of relevant working experience
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. (including lean methodologies)
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Has working experience in Technical Integrity such as Inspection, Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability engineering background. or
• Has working experience in Production Integrity such as operation readiness, alarm management, PTW, plant  operation, process control.
