Lead Compliance&Cont. Improv. HSE

Job Purpose:

 

Drive and facilitate the compliance and continuous improvement processes and activities of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Process safety Management throughout the organization by developing and implementing improvement strategies, defining and analysing problems and developing and implementing improvement solutions using appropriate improvement methodologies as well as through collaborations and coordination with all parties to improve the processes, services and product and compliance practices

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Science, or relevant disciplines.
  • Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.
  • Certified auditor preferable 

 

Minimum Experience:

  • 15+ years of relevant working experience
  • 3+ years of working experience in a similar role (including lean methodologies)
  • Experience in Process Safety Management and HSE management in the Oil and Gas Industries
