HR Business Services Specialist

Contract Type:  Indefinite

Job Purpose:

Analyse, evaluate and maintain Company’s Human Resources System to ensure at all time is data integrity and reporting accuracy of HR data. 

Propose, design and implement system improvements, enhancements and new applications through collaboration with ICT and HR units.

Paly role in other HR business processes/tasks including generating HR reports, budget or forecast preparations, payroll system supports and training module supports through providing required data or information, troubleshooting system problem, advising and coordination with relevant parties to facilitate decision making and effective execution of activities.

 

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Human Recourse or equivalent.
- Certificate in HR Information Systems/Applications is an advantage.

 

Minimum Experience:

- 5 Years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
- 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is an advantage.
- Experience in SAP and other IT Applications.
