Facility Management Consultant
Job Purpose:
Drive the transformation and modernization of facility management practices across the organization by leading the development and implementation of key initiatives, including facility master planning, occupancy optimization, asset management systems, and service enhancement programs, and establishing sustainable framework, system and standards to enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility and support long-term business objectives.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar position preferably with Energy background on site.
- Proven experience in FM transformation and asset management systems.
- Strong experience in CAFM/CMMS implementation and asset digitization.

- People management skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and establish effective working relationships with contractors, vendors, and other suppliers.
- Ability to prepare and analyse comprehensive and technical reports and data.
- Business skills communication and understanding.
- Microsoft office suite and computer literacy.
