Job Purpose:
Monitor material delivery requirements and expedite accordingly to ensure timely arrival of material on site and/or into stock.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
- 2+ Years of experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Job Specific Skills:
- Effective management of all third parties that contribute to the on –time delivery of materials.
- Sound knowledge of INCO terms and their relative worldwide interpretations
- SAP ( Material Management Module)
- MS Office suite
- Knowledge of procurement, physical material and logistics
- Analytical skills
- Communication and coordination skills
- Planning and organizing
