Chief Secretary

Contract Type:  Indefinite

Job Purpose:

Provide high level administrative support to Chief Business Excellence Officer including preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Arrange, create, edit and proof reads correspondence and reports and prepare a range of documents.

 

Minimum Qualification:

- Highschool Certificate

- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree is an advantage.

 

Minimum Experience:

- 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role in Oil and Gas Industry preferably in Qatar

- 2 Years of experience in providing admin support to Senior Management is an advantage.

 

Job Specific Skills:

- Office Procedures and secretarial skills

- Typing skills.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Dealing with Senior Management.

- Communication & Time Management Skills

- Microsoft Office Suite.

- Language Skills (English).

- Proficiency in Arabic Language is preferred.

- Filing and Record keeping.
