BBS Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Design, implement and maintain the ORYX GTL Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) program that promotes a positive safety culture, reduces workplace incidents, and improves overall safety performance across the organization.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar safety certification preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management or related field.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing behavior-based safety programs.
- 2+ years of experiences in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
- Proven track record of reducing workplace incidents and improving safety culture.
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
